Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds' Wedding

After 3 months, the pictures of Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds' wedding are finally revealed!! Though the pictures are mostly the "Dessert Table" shots, I was extremely excited to see it!! At least I got a glimpse of her bouquet and the beautiful bead work of her Marchesa gown! I am also wondering if the pictures I wanna see are on the Martha Stewart Weddings' Winter Issue coz I'd buy that right away. But what I like the most about everything is of course, Blake's engagement ring!! I've never been a fan of big rocks but this whooping $2 Million light pick oval diamond is to die for!! 

I'm sure I'm not the only girl in this world who would say "YES" if given this kind of ring. LOL!

Speaking of Weddings!

Nasimulan ko na din lang, ituloy na natin! HAHA! I've been really fussing about my Maid of honor dress for my cousin's wedding. Exaggerated much but the wedding will be on July and is going to happen in Canada. I still don't have a tourist visa but I'm already thinking about the dress! HAHA!! 

What I'm really nervous about, is my figure. I'm really gaining a lot of weight and I can't seem to fight it. I'm usually the kind of person who doesn't care if she's skinny or fat and I CAN'T DIET!! It's hard kaya! Now, I'm starting to get conscious bout my fig  not because I want to be sexy in two piece but because my clothes doesn't fit anymore. I'm not asking naman for a Karlie Kloss body Lord, all I want is to wear my clothes again! haha! Whenever I go out nga, my friends would say "ang tagal ko gumayak" I simply answer them with "Wala kasi magkasya, naghanap pa ako ng maluwag" LOL!

Now, back to the MoH dress, my only problem is baka hindi ako magkasya sa dress ko and I don't want to be a big hassle to Ate Tin. I have more than 4 months to slim down but I don't know If I can make it or If I can even start to do so! haha! But if ever I do, I have already picked out some beautiful designs for my MoH dress. HAHA! Nanguna na ako sa bride, if ever lang naman na ako ang pipili! LET's START!!

BUT!! After watching Blair Waldorf's Wedding, I suddenly got crazy over Serena's MoH dress! Actually, d ko pa nakilala ang gown agad because of the way it hugged Serena's body was oh so fab! When I took a second look, ayun na! naloka na ako! Kalurkey, I already tagged that Vera Wang Gown as my future Wedding Dress pero pinang Maid of Honor lang nya!! HAHA! In fairness, I'm so happy naman kasi the dress they chose was one of my Vera Wang Favorites.

Lovely dresses are ENDLESS that's why It's fun to be a girl - Especially if you're a celebrity who can easily wear the dresses straight from the runway or a multi-millionaire with a Blake Lively bod! hehe!

For now, I'm just praying for the Lord's grace to let me attend Ate Tin's wedding. I'm so excited to see my cousins!! =)

Patty Laurel and Patrick Filart's THE PATS' ENGAGEMENT

I've been following Patty Laurel's Gerbil Adventures since Day 1 and I've always admired her beautiful face and personality. Also, the way she works hard, being a smart traveler, the humor, the life lessons she never fails to share and of course her sense of fashion. 

When my sister and I once bought a necklace, we looked into each other and said "Patty Laurel, noh!" and then we knew na that we made the right choice. Haha! Bet namin how simple she is yet very stand out sa lahat. 

If ever na mabibigyan ako ng another life, I'd make her my guide to success. haha! I don't know but I really think that she's  always HAPPY with what she's doing and I guess that's whats important. Another thing na I like about her is her love for Weddings and I know for a fact na yung mga ganyang tao (tulad ko) will surely have a beautiful wedding celebration. Haha! 

Last NY's eve, I was browsing her blog (wondering what she wore!)... I think, wala pa syang post that time about NY so I browsed her site kahit naman nabasa ko na ang lahat dun. HAHA! I saw the entry WHERE I USUALLY WASTE MY TIME ONLINE and saw about 2 sites about weddings and said to myself "She'll have a beautiful wedding". I've always prayed for her to be married to a man who deserves to be her husband. I know, we're not close, she doesn't even know me nor saw my anino but I do that. I do pray for people whom I know na deserving of wonderful things in life. When I woke up the next day, I opened my Twitter Account and found out that SHE'S ENGAGED!! I was like, "KAKASABI KO PA LANG KAHAPON!!" HAHA! I was soooo excited and tweeted her that my prayers were answered. I am really a sucker for love stories and weddings-I was soo Kilig. HAHA!!

Today, she tweeted the link for her Engagement pictures and I was the happiest fan ever! hahah!! She's too kind to share her wedding plans, pictures and all. Most public figures would like to keep those kind of things in private, diba?

My Best Friend's Wedding (BTS)

The DAY has FINALLY arrived!! my best friend Ericka and cousin TC are tying the knot!!!

That day, I woke up at a very unusual time of 6am. I got a text from Ericka (probably a Group message for me, Rhaygene and Frea) Saying "this is it mga bez", I forgot what she exactly texted us but she was hoping for everything to go well. I told her to not worry about anything for that day will be perfect. The day was sunny but not too HOT enough to melt the bride's beauty. The weather was for once, not the center of attention, I guess everyone was excited to see the couple and the Wedding of the Year. =)

I mentioned in my previous post that I already convinced myself to let go of my dear friend's single status and my feelings that day, was surprisingly better. Me, Frea and Rhaygene went to meet Ericka at the hotel where she was checked-in and when we saw her; that sudden, awkward feeling occurred to me  -- she's getting married!!!! redundant, but that's how it felt like!! haha!!  Couldn't explain it but I think Happiness is really contagious! =)
